A modern manufacturing facility, featuring state-of-the-art equipment:
*1 Viking and 4 GBN computerized nailing machines, giving us the capability to produce 4000 to 5000 pallets per 8 hour shift.
In January 2011, Installed GBN Block Pallet Nailer, to improve efficiency and quality of block pallets
*5 lumber processing lines incorporating 4 multi-saw trim saws,
a lumber package saw, 8 gang saws, 3 stringer notchers,
and a variety of other related equipment.
*Heat treatment chamber to facilitate ISPM 15 regulations.
*The leadership and know-how to make the most of the quality
machinery at our disposal.
Fully maintained fleet of trucks, flat-bed trailers, and vans which allow us to deliver pallet orders 24-7.
